Ordering.
To order on line from Toffee Apple web site complete the details required and click the order send button. Or if preferred you can order by telephone on 01437 767222. If you have any problems or need advice our staff will be only too pleased to help and advise you.

Postage.
A delivery charge of £4.99 will be made on all orders less than £75. Free delivery on orders over £75.

Collect from Store
Prices online are available for online purchases only and are not available in the store. You can purchase your item(s) at internet prices and collect from the store but will not be given the same demonstration or fitting service that we provide with the in-store price.

Acceptance of Order.
Once we have received your order we will e-mail you with confirmation of your order. DELIVERY IS USUALLY WITHIN SEVEN DAYS. If goods are out of stock we will let you know within seven days when they are due in to stock and offer you either an alternative or a refund if the expected delivery date is not suitable. Payment will be accepted by credit and debit cards, please note that we will only deliver goods to the billing address.Once an order has been accepted by us it will be a binding agreement between us. Prices include V.A.T. and delivery is available to mainland Britain. Any orders outside the UK please contact us for delivery charges. Payment will be taken at time of order. If you decide to cancel your order this must be done within seven days of placing your initial order. If goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. The delivery fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the return. This does not apply if the goods have a manufacturing fault.

Delivery.
You will be notified by the couriers about delivery times, on furniture. All other items for delivery will come either by Parcel Force or Royal Mail should you be out when they deliver a calling card will be left for you with details of re-delivering goods. If they do not hear from you, the goods will be returned to us and posting them out to you again will be charged for.

Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 7 days, if we have already dispatched the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them, unopened and in good condition.

Returns.
If you are not satisfied with your product we will refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase providing the goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging, together with your receipt.

Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage and there will be an additional postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due.

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.

No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date if outside the Christmas period. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note, in the case of wooden furniture and other items, where it states colours may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the colour is not suitable.

Conditions.
All goods sold on our web-site comply with the necessary UK safety and legal requirements. Most goods are covered with a 6 month manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase, please note that the warranty does not cover items that have been misused or accidentally damaged. Manufacturers usually request that their products are returned to them for inspection before repair or replacement and this can cause unavoidable delays. Items over 6 months old can be repaired but there will be a handling charge . Contact our store for details. This does not affect you statutory rights.

Descriptions.
Descriptions are as accurate as possible but colours of images may vary slightly on photographs. Also design specifications may change slightly from time to time.
